DNS Level 1 Alpine

This is the first step in the DNS educational ladder and the course is for those who want to work as a ski instructor(Instructor course 16+ years).

• 09:30 – 18:00 (Incl. 1 hour Lunch)
• In addition you must take an e-module in advance of the on snow course. 
• There will also be a theory exam and a practical exam
• Course is in Norwegian/English

The instructor course contains:

• Personal skiing skills
• Awareness of one's own technique
• DNS methodology
• Pedagogy
• Practical teaching for both children and adult beginners in alpine skiing

After completing the course, the candidate will have acquired knowledge and skills that enable him or her to practice as an instructor or coach for beginners and children in Norwegian ski schools and sports teams.

• Price: NOK 6100.- Included in the price is the book Alpine Skiing and 1 year membership in DNS
• A lift ticket for 5 days costs 1580 -.
• Min 5 participants

There are several accommodation options near Snøhallen, Airbnb, hotels and a short distance to Oslo city center by bus and train. Thon Hotel Snø

If you don't have equipment, this can be rented from the ski rental at SNØ.
