Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the following cancellation policy applies:
If the client arrives late for a session, the unused time will not be rescheduled or refunded. This falls on the client.
Courses are carried out in all types of weather. If the ski area is closed, the guest will be informed and the costs of the course will be fully refunded in relation to time lost on snow if no skiing is possible.
In the case of a no show from the client, an invoice in accordance with the above cancellation policy will be issued.
Payment Methods
Payment should be made by bank transfer to account provided. On site cash payments are possible if previously agreed.
Course Confirmation
The course will not be confirmed until the payment has been made in full, or other payment arrangements have been previously agreed.
Equipment and Insurance
A Ski Pass is required, and is not included in tuition price.
All clients are required to wear ski helmets, ski gloves and suitable mountain clothing.
No equipment is included in the price of the ski lesson, but rental is available by local outlets.
Telemark equipment should be pre booked due to availability.
We Freeski does not assume any liability in case of accident during the session.
